New Year’s Letter 2026

“Rejoice always, pray constantly, give thanks in everything; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Don’t stifle the Spirit. Don’t despise prophecies, but test all things. Hold on to what is good. Stay away from every kind of evil”.  – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-22.

I have so much to thank God for. Here are Louise (86) and I (90) in good health as we enter 2026. It is true that I have had pneumonia in recent days and I am barely over it. But I am sure I will get well.

I am going to be vulnerably honest with you.  I have reason also to be discouraged. The situation in the world is dark. Nothing looks good. Although some believe we are in the beginnings of revival, I am not so sure (do forgive me). But what keeps me encouraged is that a good number of respected people of God have prophesied great revival and also given me words that suggest God is not finished with me yet. I feel a bit like a fraud in saying this at my age. All I know for sure is, that I am still alive and have many open doors. Time will tell.

I still believe that the next significant thing to happen on God’s calendar is an undoubted awakening of the church generally before the Second Coming. O Lord, please bring it this year!

TR still travels with me all over the world (sometimes Louise goes with me). Please pray for all of us, especially our daughter Melissa and Rex. With Louise, TR and Annette, Toby, Timothy and Tyndale sending warmest greetings.
